| The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services has selected Landmark Home Health Care, in partnership with a group of ten Allegheny County Medical Adult Day Services Centers, for participation in a national, three-year, demonstration. The project will test the alternative of delivering a portion of a patient's home health services within medical adult day-care facilities. Landmark is one of only five home health care agencies in the country that will be participating in this Demonstration. The point is to determine whether providing home care services in a group setting with the addition of social activities can produce better care outcomes. |
